We believe that anyone’s dream is within reach of his or her grasp. Tierra’s belief in our participants and the power of their dreams can be seen today on community college campuses where participants in our NEXUS programs are succeeding with their dreams to go to college. Nearly 50 participants are taking classes with a combined grade point average of 2.67. In addition to course work NEXUS participants engage in Service Learning and Community Travel Training in order to prepare for their fast-approaching entrance into the world of employment and adult citizenship.
